INDEX CANTORUM is a well-established chamber choir known for imaginative performances that combine its Early Music specialism with familiar and newly commissioned works. Founded in 1988, it first performed in London at St Paul’s, Covent Garden, and St Patrick’s, Soho Square. They now appear regularly at Winchester Cathedral and in venues across Hampshire, including concerts in East Meon, Bishop's Sutton, and St Cross.

INDEX CANTORUM has worked with ensembles including Les Haulz et le Bas and Simply Baroque. Notable performances include a 2017 Scottish Highlands tour, and concerts for the Stockbridge Music and Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons Christmas Carol Series 2018. This year INDEX CANTORUM undertook its first overseas tour, to Valencia. The choir last sang at St Bartholomew’s in 2014 and is delighted to return.
